Guide for basic settings and usage for new users

ive spent two days teaching people how to make good images because theyll see my images and dm me wanting to know how i do it. the first thing i usually ask is to send an ss of what their ui looks like. and its always default settings, which is the first step in making any good image imo. they dont know what settings to use (basic things like resolution and sampler, adding negatives, extensions like adetailer and other stuff thats common among ai users). I dont mind helping people but this is such a common issue and most people are really tired of answering new users questions, so before i start getting tired of helping people with it too I was just wondering if there could be a sort of 'quick set up guide' either pinned or posted in a locked channel somewhere so its easily accessible and readable? id like it to have pictures and links too because i find most people find it easier to understand with a lot of pictures

some stuff i think should be included is a set of dimensions sizes, a set of basic negatives, the best sampling methods and scheduler types (euler a and automatic would be my choices but id perfer there be a few options as there are many ways to use settings in ai),a cfg scale usage range (0.4-0.7),a few basic popular models for each base model type (illustrious, sdxl,pony,sd1.5), and popular extensions (like adetailer)
